The biggest festival of the year is coming up!! The Jagannatha Ratha Yatra is just two weeks away!! On the 2nd of July (Sunday), we are going to celebrate the Ratha Yatra at Toa Payoh stadium from 5pm to 10pm.
We need a lot of service from all the devotees especially on the Ratha Yatra day, the previous day and the day after Ratha Yatra. Let us all enthusiastically take part in the service of Srila Prabhupada and Lord Jagannatha
Since it is going to be a big event this year, we request all the devotees to contribute whatever amount they can to make the event a grand success.
yajnarthat karmano nyatra
loko yam karma bandhanah
tad artham karma kaunteya
mukta-sangah samacara
"Work done as a sacrifice for Visnu has to be performed, otherwise work causes bondage in this material world. Therefore, O son of Kunti, perform your prescribed duties for His satisfaction, and in that way you will always remain free from bondage."
Therefore all devotees are requested to contribute some of their earnings for the sake of the sankirtana yajna following the precepts of the Bhagavad Gita and following in the footsteps of great Acaryas like Rupa Gosvami and Sanatana Gosvami.
